You can cancel your subscription or change your next order process date at any time, but we ask that you send us a clear request at least 48 hours prior to your next order process date.We cannot guarantee a refund if you request cancellation after we've processed your order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day risk free refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.

4. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items that have been damaged
• Items that are not in their original packaging
• Items that are missing accessories or documentation

We will not refund shipping costs for returned items.
